4. Mount Cable Tray: Place the cable tray onto the cantilever brackets. Use couplers or splice plates to join tray sections securely. Ensure the tray is level and properly supported along its entire length.
5. Grounding and Bonding: Connect grounding straps to the tray system as required by NEC Article 392 to ensure electrical safety .
6. Cable Installation: Once the tray is mounted, lay cables carefully, maintaining the recommended fill ratio (usually max 50%) to prevent overheating .
